In Spain, you can expect to pay between £2,400 and £2,800. And in South Africa, rhinoplasty is charged about £2,150.

There are more affordable nasal surgeries in the US and UK, but you will also have to think about other expenses for traveling and accommodation.

Costs Depending on Extent of Surgery

The rate of rhinoplasty also depends on the type of procedure performed. The following is a list of average costs per procedure:

Primary open rhinoplasty: $3,152 - $6,500
Primary closed rhinoplasty: $2,879 - $5,800
Secondary open rhinoplasty: $7,000 - $9,000
Secondary closed rhinoplasty: $2,643 - $10,000

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is the least expensive, costing between $1,000 and $1,500. It also does not involve pain since the surgeon will only be injecting silicone or Radiesse to shape your nose.

Things to consider: Financially, the operation involves a lot of money. Emotionally, you may get depressed when you don’t see immediate results. Physically, there will be swelling, bruising and difficulty in breathing. Mentally, there’s the possibility of dissatisfaction. Definitely, rhinoplasty costs can be heavy.
